Working Recovery drills down into how the Recovery approach works in practice, specifically focusing on the practical aspects of working in this way and what this requires of workers. This is a skills-oriented session designed to build both understanding and confidence in the doing of the work itself. Ample opportunity is given to explaining, practising, questioning and debriefing.

Program Outcomes
This program will enable attendees to:
1. Have the foundations to support a person on their recovery through the use of some specific skills and tools
2. Be equipped as recovery ambassadors, both for their clients/ significant others and for their organisations
3. Have the map that enables them to be linked in with the wider recovery community
4. Be able to discuss some approaches to measuring recovery
