Device Dash

Richmind WA is pleased to introduce Device Dash, a fresh initiative designed to give new purpose to some of our out-of-warranty laptops, tablets and Android phones by putting them into the hands of people accessing a Richmind WA service.

Successful, eligible recipients will be randomly selected after applications are closed.

FAQ’s

  • There is no cost for the device

  • Once you have submitted your Expression of Interest, your name will go into the random generator with all other applicants. The generator will select names randomly to determine who will receive a device.

  • There will be no software loaded on the device. We recommend signing up for a free Google account to access Google Email, Calendar, Drive and Office applications.

  • There will be no ongoing support for devices. We recommend using services like Harvey Norman Techteam should you have any support queries.

  • Applications will open 9am Monday 10 November 2025, and close 9am Monday 24 November 2025

  • Applicants will receive an email within two weeks of applications closing. We will liaise with successful applicants’ support workers to arrange delivery.

  • There are a variety of devices available including laptops, phones and tablets.

  • Laptops will include chargers. Phones and tablets will not include cables or chargers, and will require a USB-C charger (not provided). This typically costs ~$10-$15.

Terms and Conditions

Applicants must be consumers currently engaged in a Richmind WA service.

Devices are factory reset and contain only the base operating system, with no additional software or licenses installed.

Richmind WA is not responsible for providing software, licenses, or technical support for this device.

Richmind WA accepts no liability in relation to this device, including, but not limited to, repair, replacement, or the provision of any support services.
