Overview
Queens Park is a 10-bed residential program supporting adults (18-65 years) with complex mental health challenges. This medium to long-term service provides 24/7 psychosocial support in a safe, inclusive environment focused on recovery.
Participants share communal living spaces across two units, fostering connection, mutual support, and shared responsibilities. Medication supervision, clinical liaison, and additional supports are available as needed, ensuring a structured recovery space tailored to individual needs.
The program helps individuals build skills for independent living, such as cooking, budgeting, and household management, and develop strategies for managing mental health symptoms and challenges. It prepares participants for the next steps in their journey, whether it be transitioning to permanent accommodation services, independent living, or achieving personal goals.
Participants are supported to:
- Meet weekly with a designated Mental Health Recovery Practitioner
- Explore and pursue recovery goals and ambitions
- Develop and practice skills for managing mental health challenges
- Contribute to our program community and shared living environment
- Engage in group activities, community outings and skill-building workshops
At Queens Park, we value each person’s journey and are committed to providing a balanced and empowering environment for growth and healing.
