PaRK Service (Peel, Rockingham and Kwinana)
PaRK is a community based supported accommodation service for individuals with severe and persistent mental distress requiring individual customised care. This is a culturally appropriate & dedicated service. We work with you to get you active in the community and develop valuable life skills that give you the confidence to become independent. Here you are supported to participate in your own recovery journey as well as employment, social, recreational and education activities. In addition, we assist you to transition to NDIS.
Individuals will be able to access the shared accommodation in one of the five houses within the Mandurah and Rockingham & Baldivis area for up to one year. Support is provided between 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday with flexibility. There is the option of continued outreach support for a further six months once exiting the service.
To be eligible for Richmond Wellbeing accommodation services, the applicant must be between 18 to 65 years of age.
More information on each of these services is available on our website www.rw.org.au. If you require assistance in selecting the right service, please contact our Intake Officer at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1800 742 466.
