For over 4 years Kathryn has been an invaluable part of the Richmond Wellbeing leadership team. An inquisitive nature plus a proficiency and profound skill in communications have enabled her to build solid working relationships whilst providing a high level of wholehearted support across multiple disciplines.
She has spent the better part of 15 years, connecting, assisting, and supporting people in crisis and aged care, within the not for profit sectors in both Queensland and Western Australia.
Kathryn assists the CEO and Executive Team to ensure effective business and operational planning processes run smoothly. She is also responsible for the management of organisations’ feedback and escalations. She supports the Richmond Wellbeing Board, Finance, Governance Committees and their Chairs.
While her role requires a significant amount of foresight, planning and adaptability, her compassionate approach allows for complex problem solving to be done in a collaborative fluid manner. She strongly believes that all people should have access to compassionate assistance.
