As the Chief Financial Officer Blanche works across the organisation to lead the Finance, Systems, Information Technology, Quality, Governance, Risk, Payroll and Rostering functions within Richmond Wellbeing. Blanche brings with her nearly 20 years of finance experience following a 9 year career in media and has diverse experience across a range of commercial and not for profit organisations in Sydney, London and Perth. She celebrates collaboration and is passionate about business partnering which is aligned to the achievement of operational outcomes and strategy, and supports evidence based decision making.
Blanche is CPA qualified and holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Graduate Certificate in Commerce (Finance and Accounting).
